Island Dinette Fraudulent Delivery Time, Never Return Your Calls, Horrible Service Westbury New York

My husband and I were told that our dinette set would arrive in 8 to 12 weeks. That become an unreasonable 6 months!!

Not to mention being told that our chairs were discontinued 2 months after our order. So that we don't cancel after such a long wait, we chose a different chair from the manufacturer's website not being told that this chair was more for a dining room and not a kitchen being that they are 100% cast iron.

These chairs are very heavy and are scratching our kitchen floors hence we don't use them. After contacting managers at the warehouse and not getting calls back, I opted to contact the manufacturer who in turn tried to get managers of Island Dinette to call me back and try to work out a possible exchange of chairs.

It has been over 2 months since the chair manufacturer has contacted the retailer and I have called several times again nicely and not so nicely to get someone to speak to me. No one wants to assist me. So i file this report to let consumers know not to ever use Island Dinette in any location as they are fraudulent, dishonest and horrible in their service.

I hope this helps others and I hope I can one day come to a resolution with them. Other friends have had problems with Island Dinette's customter service and deliquent wait time.
