Islands tanning are just here to RIP YOU OFF!!!

What ever you do, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING!!!

They are not competitively priceded and there sales team is extremely pushy and will just lie to you...upon signing my contract I simply asked if I can cancel at anytime with no penalties and I was told yes despite there "no cancelation no refund policy".

After going through the run around trying to get in touch with there corporate office (which is only available by fax and finally calls you back a week after they've charged your card ) they were unwilling to assist in canceling my contract or even negotiating something, the best they came up with is sell my package on craigslist- ha islands tanning you can shuv it!!!

After experiencing extremely poor service at a corporate and store level, walking into rooms that have dirty beds, being hard sold and lied to not to mention watching sales people trying to hard sell other people while ignoring myself and other customers, oh and finding out I could get better cheaper service elsewhere I would never go to nor would I recommend any islands tanning stores to anyone!!!

Bottom line, save your self, stay as far away from islands tanning as possible!!!
