This company is such a scam. I heard several advertisements on the radio for this company and thought it sounded like a possibility for me and my wife.

After calling them, they gave me all the necessary money amounts like how much it cost for the first 30 days ($9.99) with a money back guarantee, what it would cost after that ($59.99 for 5 months or $299.95 in one payment), and the hosting cost ($19.95 per month after that). I signed up, figuring to give it a try.

It took almost a week to get the shipment, so I had already lost a week in my 30-day trial. My wife and I went through the set up videos and cd that they sent and started to set up our website. We had decided what we'd like to sell, but the company didn't tell us anywhere in the information that we should go to "storebuilder" to look at the products.

After setting up the website under a particular name (which they said we could rename later), we couldn't figure out where to find the products. I called the company and got right through to someone in support. They told me where to look. We looked through the items, and because we were at the lower end of the package scale there wasn't much to choose from. My wife likes stamping, so she decided that we'd set up a website for stamping/scrapbooking. This meant changing the name and tags.

This started the entire mess. We had already submitted our website to search engines, so those would have to be resubmitted also. We tried to contact tech support, which took a bit longer this time. We followed their suggestions, and they said it would take 48 hours to change tags and search engines. Now almost 2 weeks is gone. When talking to someone at Ispeedway they told us where to find tech support online because there is no link to it (or we couldn't get the "contact us" to work on the main website). Online tech support was found at a totally different website.

After stumbling onto this website (RipOff Report) and finding someone that had almost the same problem, we discussed it and decided that we would cancel. We also found that the website wouldn't be listed in the search engines until 4-6 weeks had passed. This meant no one would see our website until after the 30 days. We tried to contact tech support to find out how to get the RMA numbers and return information, but couldn't get through. We called the one number that we knew someone would answer, and they told us another website to go to to get the RMA information.

We filled out the RMA information on the website and within a half hour we received the cancellation information we needed, except the RMA number. We did receive an email we didn't like that told us "they had made several attempts to contact us in regards to our package return and had be unsuccessful". This was a lie, because my wife was home and never received a call.

We tried for quite a few days to contact tech support with no luck. We needed to get the RMA number to return the information, so my wife decided to sit on hold until someone finally answered. It took 30 minutes to finally get someone to pick up a phone and answer our questions. The person did apologize to her and gave her the RMA number. She told us we could be refunded within the week if it was already sent or it would be 4-6 weeks. When asked why the difference in time, the lady said that there were quite a few to be processed. Funny, huh? Sounds like a lot of people aren't pleased with this company. We forgot to ask for a return address, since one isn't listed on there website or on the paperwork that comes with the account activation paperwork. Now we're waiting for that information, and we only have one more week to get it returned.
