Israel Villarreal Cinco Contracting Rips you off and never calls back Houston Texas **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**

 I used Israel Villarreal -Cinco Contracting right before hurricane Rita we did an audition that came out good and just a little over budget, so I thought I would keep his info for future use. After a few years we moved and wanted to build a 4th bedroom. The cost was 18k. Good price. He ineptness me he had everything covered from the permits, drawings, engineer approval. When the building inspector showed up three weeks into the project I was shocked that he never had any paperwork done. He kept telling me all the paperwork was at his office close by or his new wife had it. I kept seeing different women showing up, so I thought he had multiple employees running projects. I was fooled he was just having our house as a place to meet females he was talking to. I confronted Israel on the project and at this point I was 13k into the project. We scheduled a meeting which he called out an hour before stating his son is not getting along with his new wife and pulled a knife on her. I felt bad so when he did not return for a few days I thought he was dealing with family. Later after the city came and red tagged our project I had found out no permit, no plans, and no engineer had signed of. The addition was so bad we had to redue the work done. I had to take extra time off from work to get the empty hole on the back and roof completed. This took a 20k to redue. So I'm out 13K plus the 20K to demo what was done and rebuild. A 18k project costed me 33k. I would not recommend Cinco Contracting at all. If you see him run and do not look back. Israel Villarreal lacks integrity, lies, no soul, and above all should have never been a contractor or even work around people.
