Filing a report with Walnut CA Sheriff dept as well, but doubt this is a real address.

Product key sent 3 days after purchase and two contacts

A good product key was sent today, 3 days after they accepted payment and after two direct contacts.
After contacting the company about the product key a day after the purchase, they replied "Do you have downloaded and installed it from our link?" meaning the 30 day trial version anyone can get
Given the bad grammar and not answering the question, I immediately contested the charges with my credit card, filed this report and contacted the Walnut CA police department...
the credit card company tried to contact the company with the phone number they had on file and it was disconnected.
While not the best business practice, they did deliver the product. I've told them about these complaints and that I would retract all
