I ordered a computer in the u.s last december 2009 and was promised that i will be getting the item in 5 business days. one week passed and nothing happened until the 2nd week arrived. they gave me a tracking number and was informed it was shipped from sma logistics. i called sma and a representative told me they do not have trasaction for my name. the customer service of istnetwork maria liwayway cabigas was informed about my call to sma she said its not sma this time its EMS. i called ems in beijing and i cant get a hold of an good english speaking representative. i tried to talk to the rep and told me nothing. on the 3rd week, from the 2nd week until today i spoke with johan miles which they say the owner and i was promised that there is a package sent to maria and the laptop i ordered is there they gave me a DHL tracking number on the 23 of december the tracking number was traced being delivered in metro manila. I called them again telling that i did not get my laptop. They gave me again a tracking number of emz which was in gongzou china and stayed there until today. johan told me he is coming over and he will personally bring the laptop. i spoke with him on the phone i called a lot of international calls and was promised after 1 month that on january 12 2010 he will be here in the country, i called him january 11 and he said he is now in hongkong. january 12 came i called to get the tracking number for DHL which he said he will be using to send my laptop. from 3 pm of jan 12 2010 i didnt hear anything from him until the 13th of my continues voicemails since he is not answering my phone calls. I ordered that laptop when i was still in the city of cebu. i told maria that i will be going home to my hometown to take care of my mother and its in the countryside so i need to buy that laptop online or in the city. in good faith, i gave my money to her and i asked for her identification. we deposited the money together. until now january 13th i dont have the laptop and i got an email from johan that he is now cancelling my order. after one month and 1 week of calling back and forth, all he told me is to refund the money i gave. that is not right. he made me wait and i have to help them calling these people from other countries just to trace that laptop. until now qi dont get any refund yet which he said will be sent through xoom. it just takes a few mins but i dont have the confirmation number yet. this company is a rip off and very low in customer expectation. i was promised a lot of times but nothing happened.
