The absolute worse company to get involved in. My daughter and I both signed up to become distributors and I have spent over 7 weeks trying to get out of this and get money refunded for product that should never have been shipped. The person I signed up with lied about canceling our distributorship, won't respond to emails and basically is just trying to make as much money for herself while ripping everyone else off. Their customer service is horrible. I wouldn't even out it in the category of customer service. I have waited on hold for more than a half hour only to be put in voicemail. I was transferred to a supervisor who promised me my refund was being processed over 2 weeks ago only be told today that it wasn't being processed. I was also told that I would her from a "senior" supervisor and I am still waiting 2 weeks later. Spoke to another supervisor today who said he had to out in a ticket to have a "senior" supervisor get back to me and that it would be 3 days and probably an email as that is their process. Best advice-if you are considering joining this company, RUN as fast as you can.

read before signing

Best advice - if you are considering joining this company, READ as best you can.  The policies and procedures are clearly expressed and easily accessible.  Multiple tools and options are available. Do not blindly sign up for something if you don't understand it; ask questions and verify the answers.  If you truly believe your sponsor lied to you, report them to compliance.  They agreed to the same rules you did.

On a side note:  hold times to customer service would dramatically decrease if people actually read the guidelines they were agreeing to BEFORE they agreed.

It Works Distributor Nightmare ,AGREED

I joined It Works, however after dealing with there HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I knew I could no longer continue with the Company. Its not the product in my scenario, its the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and UNPROFESSIONALISM.

I had a situation wherein It Works kept sending me the wrong product. I order one thing they send me another, charge me for shipping, and kept giving me alot of hassle with the return. I never asked for a refund, I asked to be credited for there ERROR.

I have been very successful with Network Marketing, but this Company is the WORST I have ever been apart of. I have refunded any of my personal downline, that also experienced what I did.

I will NEVER RECOMMEND that Company to anyone, they are horrible! The item they sent me in error, will be sold on AMAZON, EBAY OR CRAIGSLIST!

This is my personal experience, and I agree 100% with the post. Use Extreme Caution When Dealing With This Company

Doing homework

You are correct and I did my homework. As of today I am still trying to get a refund.I have spoken with 3 different "supervisors" whi told me I would get a call back within 3 business days, was told they never received the product that I returned until I gave them the proof of delivery at which point it mysteriously appeared. I did contact my bank but the charge could not be reversed because I used a debit card (lesson learned) but now It Works has told me the bank did do a charge back. This is now being looked into as my bank has confirmed that it DID NOT do a charge back and there has been no credit to my account. Within a 2 hour period I was told by one supervisor that a credit had been applied and I should see that on my account within a few days, told by another supervisor that a check had been mailed to me, yet another supervisor told me that the check was stopped because a refund had been applied to my account. I asked the first supervisor to figure this out and call me back and she told me she could not do that because they were an inbound call center. When I asked for the name and number of someone that I could speak with immediately I was told she could not give me the name of anyone. When I finally asked for the name and contact information of the president of the company her response was " you worked for the company, you should know who that is." so not only have I been lied to, misled, spent hours of time trying to get a refund for something that should not have been shipped in the first place, I have to deal with rudeness. I do have to say that Jamie, has been sweet and is trying to help and said she will call me back tomorrow. We'll see.

These posts are typical of any direct marketing company.  Fact is  It Works, in differnet degrees for everyone. Any professional can READ the ingredients, READ the application process, and know how it will or will not work. Non Proefssionals need to be educated.  But, this is being distributed by anyone one who signs up.  So your homework, know who you are working with.  Company policy is policy, deal with it.  Ask questions, read the fine print.  This is not new advise.  Shipping,restocking, returns, it's all up front.  Be an educated shopper.  The marketing plan is right on, as long as the company cuts the check, and hold up their end of the deal.  We'lll see I'm in !  Oh by the way thinking, if you call your bank you can put a stop on the charges !
