Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I am more disappointed in myself...than I am anything else.  I am an avid researcher and I Google everything!!   But, the advisor/distributor was so convincing your girlfriend that does all the research and tells you about it...that I did not do my usual due diligence.

That said, I received the product and tried it.  For those who will question:

1.  Yes, I drank a significant amount of water.  I usually consume about a gallon a day.
2.  Yes, I ate a low calorie, low carbohydrate diet ...
3.  Yes, I left it on for the recommended amount of time...actually longer,
4.  Yes, I used the soap the distributor gave me v. my usual cleanser.

AND, I saw NO results.  None.  I applied a total of 3 patches...over the course of 10 days and I saw absolutely, positively no results.  Not the mention the "fabrics" are really pieces of paper like substances that won't even stay applied to your body!  

Consequently, my plan was to adjust my second order to something MUCH less costly ~ since I had foolishly signed up for the Loyalty Program.   So, I contacted the Distributor and set up a time for us to meet...however, she stood me up.  I then rescheduled for 5 days later...not realizing my shipment was scheduled for the 10th of the month.  On the morning of the 10th ~ at 2:33 a.m., I receive an email indicating my credit card was charged $82.22 for three flimsy pieces of paper!?

I immediately called the company and asked if I could cancel the order and place an order for something else ~ I was not asking to cancel the agreement.  That was my foolish error.  I did, however, expect them to allow me to adjust the order since it had not shipped.

Am sure you can imagine their response.  Their policy is not to cancel or amend an order...even if it has not shipped.

The manager said, "not to throw anyone under the bus or anything, but your distributor is reponsible for your situation".  Hmmmmmmm.  She's the face or YOUR company, but yes, you just "threw her under the bus"...and you are not providing customer service because you acknowledge the package has not shipped, but you won't pull the order.

So, my conclusion is this is one of the biggest "rip offs" of all time.  We are charged $90 for pieces fo paper?!    What a fool I am. 

Lesson learned, but a HUGE warning to anyone else.  I intend to file complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I will post my complaint on every consumer protection site I can find.
