Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

I signed up as a It Works Loyal Customer with the intent to try something new for the required 3 month period.  That would be just fine if I had received the 1st shipment.  

It's now 3 weeks later and still have not received the 1st order and they are going to want to bill and ship me something else.  How long will that take and will I receive the second or third required orders?

No response to my 4/21/12 email, that their own website states they will reply within 24 hours or
1 business day.

Two phone calls later and they tell me I can't cancel the 3 month Loyal Customer commitment without paying $50.  

How can you pay for merchandise not received, and then be expected to be held to a 3 month commitment to pay for two more shipments for more merchandise you my not receive, or pay $50 to get out of the commitment you received nothing for?

It's A Big Ripoff!!!  Don't Do It!!!

Tracking information on all packages is available to you by logging into your account online.  You have a username and password.  I would suggest that you log in and first make sure that your shipping information is correct.  Secondly, open the order and look for the tracking number.  Paste and copy to fed ex or usps website and track your package.

It Works Global not the issue

I have ordered several products from It Works Global and generally receive them within 2-3 business days.  My last shipment was received 2 days after I places my order,  at my neighbors house a few blocks away.  She was nice enough to deliver it to me herself.  Maybe the issue is the mail system rather than the company.  If you ordered a product you did not receive and the company is not able to assist you, you can also file a dispute through your credit card company to retrieve your funds back and start your Loyal Customer process again.  I have been very satisfied with all my interactions with the company.  Sorry to hear that you ran into some issues.  Good Luck.

That would be fine, but I'm not supposed to post specifics on this website.

Besides, I have already spoken to Ashley, Dalton and Christopher in your loyal customer service department and given them all of my information with no results except the already posted information.

Your company is not one I would recommend to anyone!!!!!
