My autistic child attended this daycare and was constantly getting beat up on and called all kinds of names from other children in the Ralston daycare center and the workers allowed it to happen. There are so many bully kids in this daycare that your child is not safe. When my son was beaten  by another child with  a 2X4 wooden block that the daycare thought was a good idea to bring in for the children to build with, I called the owner and he was very beligerant and no help at all. When he was not going to help resolve the situation, I told him i was going to file a police report against the child who had assalted my son ( which required medical care, and they did not contact me so i could seek medical attention for him right away). He ( the owner) kicked my autistic son out of his daycare and let the bully who beat my son to a pulp stay in their care. My son is currently in counceling still from the tramatic affects this had on him. With him being autistic, he did not know to tell mommy what was happening to him. His hip was fractured  with a hairline fracture due to this beating and it hurt him to sit or lay down or stand for several weeks after. The daycare workers are so busy on facebook on their phones while hey are suppose to be watching the children. I know because i had the daycare manager and assistant manager as freinds on my facebook account so i saw there constant activity throughout the days. I did file a police report on the child that assaulted my son and the owner of the daycare then got my personal information from my sons file and was harassing me with text messages trying to scare me in to not filing a report with the licensing agency, but i did file a report anyway. Do not enroll your childen in this daycare and if they go there, pull them out immediatly.

The person who made this report sounds like a disgruntled former employee.  We use a quality catering service that is licensed by the state AND is certified by the USDA for use by the Food Program for the State of Nebraska.  While we have had some items that were expired delivered to us we have a strict policy that it is returned to the caterer and a complaint filed.  We do NOT serve bad/out-dated/expired food to our children.  It seems a bit unbelievable that this person never had a complaint or comment while they worked for us until their employment was severed.  Terry Dukat is actually still an employee with us and has dedicated over 20 years to caring for children in the child care field while the person who filed this claim had less than a tenth of that time dealing with children.  Terry is a great employee who loves the kids and would never do anything that would compromise their safety or happiness.  We have been in business over 25 years and are licensed by the State of Nebraska with regular inspections by the Nebraska Department of Social Services as well as Food Program for the State of Nebraska and are in good standing with both.  I stand by our employees and the numerous families we've provided quality child care for over the years will attest that we strive to provide the best possible care.

My infant daughter was at the location at 148th and Q. The staff thought it was cute to feed her salad with Ranch.

I have diapers and formula in stock there and I had two weeks were I was not bringing my daughter in due to having a broken leg (this was communicated as a very temporary interruption). When I brought my daughter back, all the supplies WERE GONE. The did hand me a onesy that had a HUGE bleach stain on it. They stated that they just washed it with some dish soap...

When I pushed the issue of the supplies disappearing... the management replaced them and told me I was not longer welcome to bring my daughter in.

So much for reputable childcare!

i work at the center on 156th and dodge. The way you make this company sound is very bad. It may vary from center to center, but the one on 156th is VERY nice. Our center is highly up to date, the food is ALWAYS fresh ( we check it everyday), our vans are new, and the teachers treat the children as their own.

If something happens, we see to it that the child is happy and we are very involved with the children. The director is one of the most caring people that i have ever met and she has been in childcare for 15 years now.

All the children love it and we RARELY and i mean RARELY get complaints. I dont know if you were talking about a specific center, but i just wanted to let people know that we DO have good, very well funded and well educated teachers at our centers as well.
