I bought this bluetooth headset a couple weeks ago and the day I was at the store this guy was there telling me he was a regional manager or something and trying to pressure me to switch over my home phone. I tell this guy im only there for a bluetooth, and I asked him which headsets would work with my droid so i could dictate messages. he showed me this one for $100. So i said ok and this other guy rang me out. So this guy asks me to sign the signature pad at the register before he even tells me the total, and im like what am i signing for. he tells me im signing for the purchase. im like ok, why am i signing for this? he just says its for the purchase. so im like ok, whatever.

He rings me out and the total comes to like $115 or something, and im like why is it so high? the district manager told me it was 100. he tells me its cuz of tax and im like even in chicago it wouldnt be that high of taxes. so im like can i see the receipt and hes like we email it to you. im like no, you need to print me out a receipt. he prints me out one, and there are two sets of taxes. im like what the hell is this? he tells me its a green tax and something about improving the cell towers. im like what the hell do you mean? you guys charge me an extra two dollars for your cellular towers when i buy a bluetooth for you.

so i told him i want to return it and he tells me bluetooth is not returnable. i start yelling at this guy like what do you mean its not returnable? i just bought it. he tells me what i signed for was the return policy and that its not returnable. i said you never told me i was accepting a return policy, you told me i was signing for a purchase. had you explained what i was signing, i would have never bought this from your crooked company.

so i storm out of there cuz this guy looks like a idiot and probably has no control. of course this short a*s regional manager guy hid in the back office the whole time even when i demanded the cashier get the manager. then i get home and find out the bluetooth isnt even compatible with google voice recognition!!!!!! i call the manufacturer listed on the packaging and they tell me they do not offer that feature on their product.

so i go back to the store enraged, and as im going in i notice this isnt a real verizon!!!! its a fake verizon retailer store named italk. So i go in explaining to some other guy that the regional manager told me this bluetooth had that feature, and they needed to return the bluetooth. the guy tells me there system doesnt even let employees return products that the owners deem nonrefundable and that the company is a scam. he tells me to google italk, so i did and find 10 reports on rip off report and even more on other sites.

its hilarious to see this garbage company produces so many bad experiences for customers. i hate to be verizon and have this shitty company representing their brand. its ok though, i threw out the bluetooth i bought from them and bought a plantronics from the corporate store two blocks down. not only that, when i was at the corporate store explaining my story to the sales rep, he told me they are the worst retailer in the area and they are constantly fixing their mistakes. he said a few if the corporate store managers have made a request to have them shut down and they have been instructed to file a report each time a customer complains about them.

i like how the owner files rebuttals on other people's claims too, pretending to be some random customer defending the company. i cant wait for them to go out of business. they are probably bleeding money. its ok, take my 100 as a donation to your pitiful existence because there is no hope for you.

These type of complaints should have been brought up to the Attorney General's Office.

Its okay, my friend. Labor Law violations and the fines they incur not to mention the class action against them will set it right.
