I hired these guys to do  some simple network maitenance and it was an ongoing nightmare.

The guy was a constant smoker & was disgusting to work with!  He had no clue how to  setup my new computer and it took him days and charged  me hundreds of dollars and  nothing was ever done right.

 The guy who owns the place was very rude in the end. 

 Beware, the initail sale from the owner sounds so great, then they create reasons to charge you.

This report is highly inaccurate, and is a complete misrepresentation of my company and the services we provide.

A few comments to defend our record:

We have over 30 clients all who are very happy with our services.

We are happy to provide references for ALL of our clients.

Our technicians are highly qualified and provide superior services.

We have only ever lost a single client (referenced above).

Many services were performed after hours to accommodate business operation needs.

Unfortunately, the ownership of this very small business does not understand technology and refuses to listen to sound, proven guidance.

Here are the facts - which outline a summary of services provided:

- Improper consumer grade firewall.  Installed business class Sonicwall firewall.  Educated client regarding the benefits of VPN, setup proper and secure VPN.

- Owner’s computers improperly configured.  Added memory to workstations, configured windows updates

- Employee workstations were not on domain. Educated owner of benefits of a domain,  Upgraded operating systems to windows 8 professional

- Owner expected workstation to be very fast, however was running slow.  Checked system, failed fan, hot CPU, replaced fan.  System was still problematic, suggested system replacement due to system age  (it is not in the client’s interest to spend additional service dollars on a dated system, better to invest the same dollars into a new system!).

- General upgrade.  Upgraded server to Domain Controller, setup configuration, added all workstations/laptops to domain.

- Issue with Adobe software license.  Worked with Vendor, resolved issue.

- Need remote access to on premise workstation.  Setup Logmein account, created how to video for use.

- Systems running slow.  Researched issue, discovered cloud backup incorrectly configured and utilizing majority of internet line bandwidth.  Configured proper backups.

- Educated client on proper anti-virus.  Installed professional anti-virus solution (ESET).

- Need to setup new user.  Trained owner on proper new user setup process.

- Several occurrences of internet outages.  Worked with provider to restore services.

- Client continued to report slow speeds and connectivity issues.  Owner was very upset the systems were not working properly.  Went onsite, and personally investigated issue.  Verified with carrier that the internet service was continually dropping.  Working with carrier, the line was stabilized and services restored.  Additional troubleshooting found that DHCP service on server was not responding.  Advised client the issue was with their carrier and that the carrier had verified the issue was within their network.  Additionally, a secondary issue was identified and resolved on their server.  

Following this event, the owner continually claimed the outage was due to our error.  Again, I explained to the owner what the issue was,  and furthermore explained that we have no control over the internet service provider.  The owner simply would not accept my explanation and continues to claim error on our part yet cannot explain how my team could possibly cause such an issue.

7 months has passed and we still have outstanding invoices for services provided!

I feel these “ripoff report” sites are a valuable tool for the consumer.  However, I also believe that posting reports like this without any basis/validation of the facts is simply irresponsible.

This client did not lose any money, we never created reasons to bill, my technicians are highly qualified and  provide quality services.

I stand behind all my technicians and take great pride in the services we provide.  We bill in a very fair and appropriate manner, we never lock our clients into long term agreements, and we fully guarantee all our services.  Should you consider our services, I will provide a complete list of client references as well as provide a complete, fully refundable 30 day trial period.
