I had problems getting my Comcast.net home page to come up on my PC. I got this call f rom this company called iTok who told me that they could and would fix it - EVERYTHING for a price of $149.00. I was so fustrated dealing with this problem I agreed and this Tech spent 6 hors + going thru my PC. I ended up with him finishing up a non finished job and changing my browser from Internet Explorer to FireFox - which I can't stand. I have been going on and off with these people for 3 days now who are having a problem returning my money back into my bank account because they said my problem was fixed and that there time was money - NOT MINE! This company takes your money and delivers nothing for it."It's a computer problem" - "It's a comcast problem",back anad forth and nothing has been resolved. I've been lied to by the uppper level techs at this company,given the run around and I'm totally sick of them - and I want my money back from the ruse! I'm ready to do a F11 on my machine and getting rid of all of the garbage they could have put in my PC or at least getting it back to working order. My e-mail won't work now, I can't log in to my Facebook account - it's like the list is endless! Being on a Disability Income, I can't afford to throw $150 out the window - or at a fradulent company like itok. They shhouold be called itook because that's all they do and deliver nothing but excuses. I'm not going to give up on this until I get some kind of refund of my money. This isn't over and the fat lady has not sung!

A 60% - 40% refund agreement? I don't think so!!

In my latest and last conversation with iTOK (iTOOK!) this top level tech told me that his tech's time was worth money and wanted to close this matter with a 50% - 50% refund. I told him "No Way"! Then it went to 60 - 40 and then 70 - 30 and knowing I wasn't going to get a dime back from this fraud - I didn't want to get into it with him for a full refund that I was promised and just agreed to a 60 - 40 refund. Then he started getting huffy and hung up on me because of the 70 - 30 refund. I can't believe this billigerent dude just hung up on me while I was trying to get what I was promised, a full refund.

All I can say is 'Buyer Beware'! It's litterally like pulling teeth with these people. They take you Social Security Number, your Bank Credit Card number and after they're done with this scam, you're so confused you don't realize what you've done until after your sucked in.

Your time with them is worthless but their 'teck' time is worth a lot of money to them - for doing nothing! I ended up calling Camcast (my ISP)  But people and they fixed the proplem I was having with my PC in 10 -15 minutes, and for nothing! And thank you CHASE Bank for giving me the refund I was due from this situation.

But people: PLEASE! If you get a call from iTOK, hang up on them before they start up with their ruse. You'll save your self a lot of time, money and grief - because you'll get the ruse and after you want out of their 5 day satisfaction period, all they're going to do is hang up on you!
