Stay away from these Fraudsters! I was in process to transfer my phone numbers when their phone lines went dead. I had to wait until the next morning to cancel completion of the transfer process (I had not even submitted my port paperwork they required). Blanca told me that regardless, my account was open and therefore none of the fees charged to my card would be returned. Even ITP's own service agreement says to call and cancel if you do not want there service or agree to their terms.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!!! Off to the NY State Attorney General I go!

Again ITP Lies - Buyers Stay Away!

Continued lies do not make you right. No wonder ITP has a F Rating from the BBB. ITP's deceptive business practices and lack of customer service will eventually cause business failure.

How would you know whether or not I have a fire wall? Which I do not. Why would a tech try and help me for a service not activated and for equipment neither ordered nor received? Bottom line, I did not accept service from your company. I did not transfer my number. 

ITP's deceptive business practices were recognized by my bank who in turn refunded all false charges your company attempted to bill. THAT'S RIGHT, MY BANK REVERSED ALL ITP CHARGES. Charges that even including shipping cost!

Consumers DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ITP services. If you are fraudulently billed file a complaint with your bank or credit card company. Make sure you have all supporting documentation.

Consumers if you encounter the poor service and out right lies of this company, write negative feedback/ratings report on other sites. Let the public at large know this is not a business worth its time and money. Also, file complaints with your state and the New York State Attorney General.

Honest businesses know how to let a potential customer walk away. Honest and ethical businesses do not lie. Honest and ethical businesses do not engage in fraudulent behavior.

Funny. For over four years I never had problems with phone calls and my router. How would you know as ITP never provided phone service. You charged me to open an account but failed to provide a service. Your charge even included shipping and handling fees for equipment never received.

Your response is an out and out lie and I filed a complaint against ITP with the NY State Attorney's General Office. Keep doing what you are doing and ITP will be put out of business by the State of NY and/or face a class action lawsuit.

Shame on you and ITP for fraudulent business practices. Keep lying to yourself because the public will soon enough know who you are. How can you sleep at night knowing your deceipt?

Also, I have posted notices to consumers on 10 sites just to start letting people know that your company's practices are shameful.Ten is just the beginning.

The reason you were unable to make calls was due to your firewall in your router. It required a small change in your settings. Our technicians were willing to help you, but you refused their help.

A customer that signs up for phone service will get billed for the Phone service. It has nothing to do with transferring a number (otherwise known as Porting). Once the customer signs up for service, the customer is responsible for charges associated with their account. The customer also has the option to transfer their number to ITP. There are no additional
charges when Porting U.S.A. numbers. Regarding the Terms and of Service, upon calling Customer Service, if you choose to, you can cancel your account. There are no contracts.
