 Randy at Business Funding Partners was Fired for theft and lying. As I was telling everyone "He was not to be trusted". Randy was looting money from Business Funding Partners for years and lying to clients. Well he finally got cought with his hands in the cookie jar and was terminated for it. I'm sure the company functions ethically now with new people behind the wheel.

My name is David Acosta and I am the owner of Business Funding Partners.  We were contacted by Mr. Bartell on 10/20/2014 asking for our help in building his business credit.  After thoroughly explaining our services, we agreed to perform our services and charged Mr. Bartell ZERO upfront.  Upon completing our services, and providing proof, Mr. Bartell immediately began dodging our phone calls and emails requesting payment.  After days of no communication Mr. Bartell began a tirade of emails expressing that he will not pay us.  We have attempted multiple times to get in touch with Mr. Bartell to engage in a phone call to address any grievances, to which we received no response.  In the interest of good business our company has given a standing offer for concessions to Mr. Bartell despite not being paid for our original work.

Our research has shown that Mr. Bartell has a long history of taking advantage of companies in the financial industry and many of them are pursuing legal action against him.  Mr. Bartell chooses hide behind email and the internet in order to avoid paying his debts and ruin the good name of companies that actually perform services, such as ours.  We have a long history of extremely satisfied clients but as with any business there is always one bad apple, and that is Mr. Bartell.

THE CROOKS AT BUSINESS FUNDING PARTNERS THEN POST OVER 22w,000 DOLLARS OF DEBT TO YOUR BUREAUS WITH TRADE LINES THAT ARE NOT EVEN FINANCIALLY RELATED SO DO YOU ABSOLUTELY NO GOOD. BUSINESS FUNDING PARTNERS THEN DEMANDS PAYMENT FROM YOU OR YOUR COMPANY. SO TO BE CLEAR WITH ALL CONSUMERS HERS WHERE WE ARE THEY LIE TO YOU BY NOT DISCLOSING ENTIRE FACTS , THEN THEY POST 22,000 DOLLARS IN DEBT TO YOUR BUREAUS, THEN THESE ARE NOT EVEN FINANCIAL RELATED TRADES SO THEY SERVE AVSOLUTELY NO PURPOSE AT ALL, THEN THEY DEMAND  PAYEMENT FOR THAT DEBT AND IF YOU DONT PAY THEY CHANGE THAT DEBT INTO A DEROGATORY TRADELINE . It TOOK ME 6 WEEKS TO GET THEM ALL REMOVED AND NOW EQUIFAX HAS OPENED AN INVESTIGATION INTO BUSINESSFUNDING PARTNERS .

FURTHERMORE THEY OPERATE UNDER FALSE PRETENSES CLAIMING THAT THERE A FUNDING COMPANY  AS ITS IN THERE NAME "BUSINESS FUNDING PARTNERS" THAT DOES BUSINESS FINANCING . THEY ARE NOT , THEY CLAIM THAT IF THEY  PLACE THESE TRADES ON YOUR BUREAUS THAT IT WILL MAKE YOU MORE FINANCABLE WITH THERE COMPANY WHICH BY DEFINITION IS THEFT BY DECEPTION. THE THEN SEND YOU EMAILS LIKE THE ONE BELOW WHEN YOU REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE CRAP THEY POSTED . I should bill them for the time it took to finally get removed . Now I'm dealing with a collection company BUT thankfully the collection agency sees my side and to has opened an investigation on these idiots . STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE LIARS. THEY ARE NOTHING MORE THAN FAST TALKING USED CAR SALESMAN THAT SELL YOU A FERRARI OVER THE PHONE BUT DELIVER A BROKEN DOWN PINTO. I WILL NEVER PAY THESE IDIOTS A DIME NOT NOW NOT EVER . Randy must not of received his nap and burping this day or maybe his diaper was dirty WHATEVER THE CASE MAY BE THESE IDIOTS DONT DESERVE TO HAVE A PHONE LINE WHERE THEY CAN LIE TO PEOPLE ALL DAY LONG. THEY BELONG BEHIND BARS.
