I joined ITV Ventures as an IBO March 2008. Sunday morning I was flipping channels and Donald Barrett was talking about the products, and what a great opportunity is was. He made it sound good alright.
I will say nothing negative about my mentor, she actually believed in the program too and was very hurt when we saw the end result of ITV. They (Donald) promise you the world, but they don't tell you from his way of looking at it Donald is the ONLY one in this world. I have contacted the BBB in my state. I also contacted the BBB and Attorney General in Boston, Mass.
For what little good it has done I have made my complaint clear.
600.00 to join and you get a box of useless product and information. 29.00 a month for training and you get no training. You must sell 100.00 a month otherwise they charge your card for 100.00 worth of product and send you whatever they wish. Customer service is a joke. I called several times and told them I did not want to be part of this "Wonderful Opportunity Company".
After those several calls I was then told--for you to end the program you must send something stating that in writing. I did, and guess what--they STILL kept charging things on my card. I finally called my credit card company and they suggested I close the account under that number and they would send me a new card. I also had to fill out forms for the charges I was disputing.
If there is a classaction suit I definitely think it is deserved, and YES would gladly be a participant. If you look up the BBB and type in ITV Ventures it will show you about 10 company names under Donald Barrett, and if there is not a classaction suit against him, or the company then I'd like to know how to get one started.
As all of you I could go on, but thinking about all the people he has deceived is just too draining.

I am in Idaho and just filed a claim on this site. I totally agree with you I'd like to file a claim with the attorney general in Boston Mass also if you have that information to share? I am owed $600.00 to $800.00 for unused call credits and never made enough to cover my expenses! These people should not be getting rich off us little guys, I'd love to be a part of a class action law suite also if someone could get one started. Like many others I did not have the money to loose. I will share this site with others who were involved with ITV and/or EVS, power in numbers! Hopefully others will follow suite so we can get back what is owed us little guys.
