Ivgor, Inc Liliya Ivanenko, Scam, Rip Off, Unfair, Greedy, Liar Alpharetta, Georgia

Me and my Girlfriend signed a Lease with Liliya of Ivgor Inc. for (1) year at a townhouse in Chamblee, GA.  I was promised a full refund of my $800.00 deposit as long as nothing was damaged.  Upon Move-in the house was clearly not cleaned.  The stove was filthy the Regridgerator was infested with roaches and needed an exterminator. I also found a used condom behind the toilet as I was cleaning. We throughly scrubbed down the entire house with bleach (literally) and replaced all the blinds, doorknobs, patched wall holes from doorknobs, and completely cleaned the house so that we'd be comfortable.  The A/C used to leak all over the kitchen floor if it was on for more than an hour but instead of complaining I just rarely used it.  I always paid rent on time and instead of bugging my Landlord I fixed everything myself.  Upon Move out I knew the place would have to be clean to recieve my deposit back so I thoroughly swept, mopped, scrubbed and cleaned to where it was much cleaner than when I moved out. Here is what she sent me in the mail.
"The damages found during the inspection at the conclusion of your occupancy and the balance remaining on your account exceeded your security deposit."

I thought, how could this be possible? I repainted one room completely because of small holes.. I am in the apartment turning industry and that place was in very good condition when we left I spent hours cleaning this townhouse and it looked much better than when we moved in!!! Now PLEASE READ WHAT SHE CHARGED ME!!

Cleaning:
Stove: $60 (Was cleaned thoroughly)
Hood: $30 (Vent does not work, and was scrubbed to look Bronze again. Years of filth)
Kitchen Cabinets: $45 (I took apart and cleaned and repainted all cabinet doors!!)
Tub/Shower: $30 (I spent money and time cleaning the disgusting grout!!)
Toilet and Sink  2x15: $30 (Absolutely spotless)
Vacuum: $40 (Hardwood floors!! were swept and mopped!! What was vacuumed?)
Carpet Cleaning: $40 (The only carpet is on the steps which I professionally cleaned myself.. Thats my profession, Carpet Cleaning Technician!!)
Windows 5x10: $50 (Each Window was cleaned inside and out took an hour)
Kitchen closet door installation: $150 (Only thing that is true but is still overpriced!)
Hardwood floors refinishing: $100 (Floors were flaking wax upon move-in!!)
Partial Living Room Repaints: $100 (Absolute B.S.!! I never hung anything.. what was repainted?)
Replace Window Blinds: $15 (I spent hours replacing all the blinds upon move-out!!)

I am in the turn-key industry. Even the most expensive cleaning company in the country wouldnt charge these prices for an old 2-bedroom townhouse.
I honestly cant believe this letter was sent to me and I'm starting to realize some people just have no souls.  I am almost 100% sure nothing was replaced and this is an excuse to stealing my promised returned deposit.
I do not want to get a lawyer involved because I am an independent contractor, so anytime off work is money lost.
Is there anything I can do??
This is beyond wrong!!

Totaling: $850
