Signed up for "free" trial, I figured it was a lie but they offer a phone number and customer service to email so I thought ok I'll try it. PLEASE - PLEASE stay far away from these guys!!!

I got my trial product, the top piece ended up fitting ok BUT the bottom piece was a NIGHTMARE, not only that the way to fit these trays is to put them in boiling water so they are flexable BUT you are warned that they will melt if not careful, SO you ARE putting melted plastic in your mouth which is a chemical that is absorbed into your body (cancer causing I am sure.
Next it did not work as well as the "crest white strips" I use (I drink a lot of coffee) bi-monthly, so after 12 days from the date of order (I know the tricks ALL these companies use, IT IS NEVER, EVER from when it is shipped but the day you order)!!!!!

SO 12 (twelve days) days fom the order date I sent an email saying I did not like the trays or the product I am canceling do not charge me etc etc., The VERY NEXT day they send me an email and charge my account, the email states that I am past the 15 (fifteen) days of free trial, so I go to my account and see that it was 5-07-2009 and I canceled on 5-19-2009, I have that email and my account as proof, BUT they do not care they charge me anyway and LIE!!!How ignorant do they look when they cannot even do BASIC Math, and if they can then they clearly do not care that they have ZERO (0) Integrity and ZERO (0) Professional Ethics!

I just can't believe that they sent that message and even signed it I am providing the message so you all can see what STUPID Thieves they are.

I answered your ad and received 1 small syringe it not work as well as crest strips on my teeth PLUS I had a terrible time with the bottom tray and NEVER could get it to fit so I never got to even try it on the botttom but that is fine since I will continue using the crest strips, this was a waste of time in my opinion and for the record, my teeth are very straight so I don't know what the issue was with that tray but it was awful not to mention that heating PLASTIC and sticking in your mouth cannot be healthy as your paper even says to be careful it could meltif you dunk it more thatn 3 times, so we all are putting melting plastic in our mouths! Do not charge my card I would NEVER EVER purchase this product. I am taking a snapshot of this as proof that I did cancel on May, 19 2009 - my order was placed on may-7-2009. Thank you

My bank says that even though - CELEBRITIES are Endorsing this product and what we consider Reputable magazines are also PUSHING the product/s "THEY ARE ALL SCAMS" and often time the "celebs" are being paid to endorse and own stock in the products.
