Ivory White Teeth Whitening charge debit card without notification Golden internet

I ordered i trial offer of the Ivory White Teeth Whitening System. I was to be charged for shipping the trial product only. i received my trial offer and was fine. Few days later i noticed the shipping charge, which was fine. Then two days after that i noticed an $80 charge. when i recieved my package in the mail all that was in the box was the product and instruction on use. i called the customer service number. the people were fine until i told them there was an unauthorized charge made. they then explained to me i had to call them and cancel my monthly order. monthly order?? this was the first i had heard of it. the operator i talked to told me that i had had 10 days to cancel. i explained that i had no idea what he was talkin about. they were very rude and acted as if i was a bother to them. i was told to return the product and keep the trial. i told them i would be returning everything. it has been atleast a month so i called back to get the status of my return. i was then told that my package got back to them damaged. that package was returned just as i received it, unopened and untampered with. so now i have no product and no money returned to me.
