I signed up for their "trial offer" of $6.95 for tea, having a full two weeks after receiving the tea to try it and decide if I wanted to continue.
Three days after receiving the tea my card was debited an additional $37.00 (total $43.95). Because of that dishonesty, I emailed them that I wanted to cancel the order and returned the tea, less the six bags used.
After several emails back and forth, I was assured that my order had been cancelled, my card would be credited for the $37. less 15% re-stocking fee and it would take about two weeks for that to go through. They assured me that my name would be taken out of the system and that I would not receive any additional tea.
They were right, I didn't receive any additional tea; however, three weeks later my debit card was charged another $19.95.
