I cancelled this program (once by phone and once by e-mail) a week ago - also received e-mail confirmation that account was cancelled. Received a call today with voicemail stating my card would be charged $39.95. I hit 'o' as instructed by the recording, waited on hold for approx. 3-4 minutes until call was cut off. I called back and was cut off again. I called another 'customer service' number for this group, and was assured again that I would not be charged. We'll see. Be careful - the original information says it is $1.99 - the fine print says you will be billed $39.95 every month.

This Penbrook Productions has 5 or 6 different names they go under that's how they try to stay ahead of being seen on Ripoff Report or any Scam report. Wealthdci.com, processathome.com , penbrookproductions.com, etc. etc. etc.
Put in Penbrook Productions in Ripoff Report search and see how many of us are in the same position as you are. I have emailed everyday angelapenbrook@penbrookproductions.com and City of Irvine ,CA to let them know we will not forget abbout our money and let the City of Irvine,CA know what kind of company is operating in their city. But all of us has gone through countless emails claiming our refund went through successfully and then get an email saying they cannot find any of your information too , so whoever is in charge/owns this company is telling his/her employees to give us the runaround and maybe they will stop trying to get their money back. So don't stop sending in emails everyday to these 2 places and something will happen one way or another.
