company sent products and charged two times 88.97 after i cancelled . when i called they said i didn't cancell . this time they are saying the account is cancelled as of 8/19/08 they charged 88.97 two times tomy credit card. without my permission. I sent product back when i received it return tio sender . this time i still have it and now they never recived the first package I sent back. I will send this one back and get a tracking number . My credit card company says i need this number to file a dispute.

If I find that you did cancel in time I will issue a full refund.
