Hi, i also found an email in my email and it showed Oprah on it so i believed it. I sent for the bottle of Acai berry for 5.99 and it asked me if i approved the 5.99 and i said yes, i did not see anything else to read, but I WAS WRONG AS ALL OF YOU ARE. i checked my account one day and there was 88.97 taken out and i freaked because it shorted my account and i did not have the money to pay a check that came in so they charged me 35.00 for an overdraft fee. the next day another overdraft fee..now i was scared so i called the number on my account for the fraud line and turned it in. then i tried to call them again and this time i reached someone. i told him what they did and that i had turned it into my bank as fraud on my card and he said there is no problem , if you do not want this we will return your 5.99 and 88.97, it will take 3-5 days. So three days later i had the 5.99 and five days later the 88.97 showed up so they did help me. he told me if i had read the terms and agreement section it says right there in the first three lines if you don't call them and drop the agreement 88.97 will be taken out of your account for your next automatic shipment. i told him there was no mention of any contract anywhere on the above where i agreed to the 5.99..so he said it has all been returned to you..i told him i had received two bottles of acai berry in the meantime, did he want me to send it back and he said no, keep it..since i had paid 70.00 in overdraft charges i felt that was at least something...so we need to read terms and agreements on purchases and we won't get ripped off...our fault...the same thing happened with get your free credit score today!!!! so i did and they also had a little hidden clause of 29.97 if you don't cancel it..why would i want to know my credit score everyday???? that was a rip off but i called and they gave it back also...yet again my fault.....connie
