Iworks ripoff charged credit card for other programs George Utah

My son came to me with a business that he understood to cost 29.95 and if we liked it would be billed for $129.00 then at the end they squeeze in you agree to monthly phone service of 39.95. Mom son said yes not realize what he was saying yes to. They did not explain everything with clarity. It wasn't until 5 months later did I catch on to them charging my credit card $70 a month for other companies-they get you saying yes and then you say yes to anything if you don't listen closely. It was supposed to help us in ebay business. Tried to contact phone callin card company and they hung up on me and I asked to talk to the big wigs and he said they wouldn't want to talk to me that they were out golfing and stuff. Then I cancelled the other company surplus alert i was getting billed for and didn't even know. They tape record the conversation at the end-but God only knows how honest that is. They can make it say anything. My son is 20 and didn't understand how they work. I gave him permission to get the program but not the other 2 programs. What a scam to prey on innocent people and they have me out $500. I wish we could do something to these companies who don't explain it all! I never got the phone card! I sure never understood I was getting billed by this surplus store. Man I am sick-I have been scammed I feel like I've been raped! Please don't deal with this company. I called them and they say hey I will play the recording-ok whatever! They don't play the whole conversation and so you can't hear what they don't tell you! I wish we could file a lawsuit or something!
