iyogi.com iyogi internet rip off disguised as norton support Internet

I accidentally called iYogi thinking it was Norton.com support.  I wanted help uninstalling an old Norton program.

The bottom line:  after letting their person have access to my computer, and after refusing their offer to 'fix' my computer, it will not restart.  While the computer button shows 'on' there is no activity noise telling me it is running through its systems .

And I get 'no signal' showing on my screen even though the cord connections are as secure now as they were when I first called them.

When I called iYogi back to tell them about these problems they offered to help me get my computer going again for a fee, which I refused.

Google should remove this business as a search result.
