J & J Moving Household Stuff Missing since last Month Brampton Ontario

My name is Shail Shah and i moved recently from Toronto to Edmonton. I choose J & J for moving my household stuff to edmonton. Based on Email conversation with Chris, my stuff was picked from toronto on June 24th and i was promised to get it deliver in edmonton on July 2nd. As a result i reached edmonton on July 1st so i can receive the delivery. Guess what today is July 20 and till date i havent received my household stuff .

I was told by J & J staff to pay full in advance otherwise my household stuff will be delivered late. As a result i paid them $1125 plus taxes in full in advance through E-TRANSFER . I have been trying to contact john and chris since last 15 days but no one is responding to my emails now. Also i am completely unaware on the delivery date. Whenever i call john, he is also not sure about delivery date and says driver will call once he reaches edmonton. I am facing lot of problems because my all luggage is with those guys including my clothes, bed , TV, Futon , computer, kitchen equiptment and much more. I dont know what to do know. I dont know when it will come. Currently i am living somedays in hotel , somedays with my relatives and i am passing my days . I am facing lot of problems because of late delivery . Also i am not getting the approximate delivery date.

Please somone advise what can i do .
