I have taken J.K. Harris to Small Claims Court and, of course, I won as they did not show up. I then had to file a foreign judgment against them in the State of South Carolina. That cost another $150 as well as paying for the paperwork from my state stating I had won the judgment. At this point, I was wondering if it was worth it as I have just been shelling out money. I have not heard one word from the court if anything is being done. They did send me a letter saying they had received the documents.

I do know from talking to the people at the court house they have paid some monies out; however, they had PAGES AND PAGES of people taking them to court. I do not know how they can get away with this! My brother said they hate negative publicity and I was thinking of taking out a full page ad on their deceitfulness but then it would cost more money! I wish Good Morning America would take them on! They are still advertising on the local TV station here. It makes me want to vomit. Good luck to you.
