This so called company J. Moore Sales A.K.A Collins Road Sales and Orange Park Mobile Home Sales. Had us sign one contract and were trying to force us to pay on another one that we never signed and never agreed to. The home is not registered in our names, said that we didn't make payments for months and we had the reciepts showing payment were made. This company has changed names three times since we have lived here. As everyone knows that some people have been trying to bulid there credit. Well we have been make payment for many years to this company and as of yet there is nothing to prove that we have made payments to help raise our credit scores. We are hard working and honest people that follow the laws of the United States. And would appreciate the same. Now there are several others that have been screwed from this company seems like it would be this would be illegal don't you think. !!!!BEAWRE OF THIS SO CALLED FAMILY OWED COMPANY!!!! ORANGE PARK NORTH MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY!!! AKA THE DARK PARK!!!!!
