J Moore Sales , Worst Mobile Home Park & Owners Ever Westerville, Ohio

When I moved to this mobile home park four years ago I should have known then that this was the wrong place to be. The manager at that time had no organization and within the first two weeks I was here they fired her and the owner, Mr J Moore had to come from Texas to fix her errors. They claimed at that point that I never bought my trailer. I had to prove to them with the copies of my money orders that I did in fact buy my trailer and that the conditions under which the agreement was made was not honored. I was told they would replace the skirting on the trailer and complete the inside (put in doors, make sure water heater was new as I was told when I signed my papers, and that the finished trim and cupboards would be put in). The trailer had a broken window that they never fixed, the trailer still has no inside doors and the trim and cupboards were never done. They also never replaced all of the skirting on the trailer only on the south end of the trailer. Since I have been here there have been 5 managers. Each manager comes in and puts in new rules and changes everyone's lease to fit their rules. Now we have a new manager who has decided that it is not her responsibility to manage the problems with poor residents in the park and if we come to her with  an issue her words are that if we can't solve it or have the police solve it (who up until now has refused to solve in park problems) she will reluctantly "play principal" and if we can't get along then eveyone is evicted from the park. Regardless of the information that was worked out with the regional manager in Toledo, this manager has decided to make all new changes and ignore what was dealth with wiith the regional manager. This park is the worst in the world. They hire people who claim they are "qualified" to manage a mobile home park but they only make it worse for about a year before they are fired if they last that long. Don't work with, buy a home from, or have anything to do with J Moore Sales and the parks they own. The owner is so far detached from his properties that he should not own them at all.
