This company is initiating a scam designed to gain access to individual bank accounts.
They begin with mailing a very authentic looking check, mine was $4,980.00 with instructions that this amount is intended to cover capital gains taxes of $3,980.00 of which will be deducted from the total winnings of $125,000.00. This amount is to be transferred via a money gram OR Western Union, upon cashing this check at your personal; financial institution, you are instructed to contact your "claim agent" for further instructions regarding claiming your winnings.

This check was issued from Texas Capital Bank of Hill Country Tx.

I learned of the true nature of this scam by searching the number fc/a01984688599, which was allegedly the serial number on my winning ticket. After looking up this specific number on Google, I read of other individuals that received the same type of letter, same number, with much of the content matching my letter word for word.

My advice, is to research anything like this, as you go through life, you learn that nothing is free, and if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
