Dec 2015 if I had my bond money & off shore taxes in by the 12 day I was promished 400000.00 for my Diamond collection.
Time went on and Jan 2016 they required a additional 7000.00 as the tax structure had changed in the new year.
This put the deposit at $ 60000.00 and to this day they are not asswering phone calls or e-mail
JWA diamonds web site is down for upgrading according to Mark Risman with whom I managed to talk to on the phone 3 weeks ago.
this is nothing but a money grab as websites are up and running in a few days and with a good company you are able to reach some one by phone or e-mail

Mark Risman and Dale Harrison are now operating the same scam under the name Harry Weinstien Group Or HWG Diamonds.
They did the exact same to me. Must pay a refundable bond and then inland revenue taxes, then the worth of your portfolio has increased and around and around we go.
