Jaanu Skin Care and Julo Eye Cream This company, Jaanu Skin Care and Julo Eye Cream uses deciptive & false advertising. They say it is a free sample, then you get hooked into another product (computer clicked on yeswhen I just wanted to continue), then I check my credit card & was billed $89.00 for each product...almost $200!!! I called complained canceled (told it was a recurring monthly charge) I did not sign up for that. I complained further & received a 30% refund. What a rip...the products I received were .05%...sample size for $200 bucks?! Internet

This company Jaanu Skin Care & Julo Eye Cream uses false and deceptive practices in selling their product on-line. They advertize "free Sample" ...they rope you into their eye cream, then they bill your credit card for almost $200. for your monthly subscription! I did not sign up for anything other than a free sample and shipping. I called and complained...told I had a 14 day trail & since I did not call them I was going to be biled monthly for $89. for each product. I fliped & insisted that I was cancelling & did not see anything about "14 days"...must have been in very small print. After threating to report their deception, they credited my account 30% of the almost $200. Better than nothing. The products received where sample size: .05oz. Really??? What a RIPOFF...don't fall for it!
