I saw Jaanu skincare and was tempted by the $4.95 trial offer. The funds went out of my acount and I received the product. I read that I had a 30 day trial to cancel and waited to try. Less than 2 weeks later they tried to bill me $89.95 but my bank caught it; 2 days later I was charged $76.00. I called the company and was told I'd be given back half, that the policy states it's 14 days. I re-read the terms and conditions and there was no such info and the agent couldn't tell me where the info was on the website. After yelling at her she did say that I would receive the funds back in 3-5 business days and my account would be closed. I knew the call was being recorded; I was demanding, somehwat aggressive and asked to speak to the supervisor.
I still have dark circles! If they don't resolve this then my bank will but I had to cancel my account and waste time.

I, too, am having issues with this company. I didn't think anything of the free trial. They fixed their page for 14 days, but no way to get in contact with them and says nothing about returning the product for the free product. I have been charged for $89.75 from a company listed on my billing as Sunnyvibe. Only company I could find to match this online was a Norwegian personalized bag company. Nothing to do with this product. It took me forever to figure out that it was jaanu. Not only did they charge me for the shipping of $4.95 but I also have a random charge from them of $1.49. Total scam. Will be trying to work with the bank on getting my money back.
