Consumers please beware of Jack Frost Auto, which also goes by Jack Frost Jeeps, Carland Concepts, Jack Frost Motorcars, and the name used on their business license- JFMC, Inc. This dealership used to be in Woodstock, GA but is now located on Canton Road in Marietta, GA. This dealership has received an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB). According to the BBB, this dealership has had 11 complaints filed against them in the last 36 months alone.

It is at their new location that I purchased a 2006 VW Beetle. Jack Frost loaned this car to his girlfriend who has driven it to Rome, GA the day I came to test drive it. I called on the way to make sure the vehicle was there, but when we arrived was given the news that she had the car. We were promised that she would be back in two hours- five hours later and just minutes from the dealership closing- she returned the vehicle.

After test driving it and speaking with our salesman, William (Bill) Graham, we decided to purchase the car with a few written conditions. Concerned about the alignment and the low tire pressure of the right front tire, we were given a written guarantee that Jack Frost Auto would pay for a patch should the tire have a slow leak in it or if the tire couldn't be plugged would pay to replace the tire.

Additionally, the car was dirty. On top of adding 200+ miles to the advertised mileage, Jack's girlfriend had spilled sweet tea in the car, had crumbs all over the seats, left behind disgusting clumps of hair, had gotten the floor mats filthy, and hit the passenger side mirror on something leaving a giant white scratch on it. It was clear the car hadn't been washed in a while and was given to be with no fuel in it. So, Jack Frost Auto and our salesman, Bill Graham, gave me a written guarantee that they would clean and detail the car or pay for it to be done as well.

Feeling good about the written guarantee, we purchased the car. The first BIG problem came when we requested the title and found out that Jack Frost Auto didn't own the car they sold me. In fact, the actual owner was Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead. So, I had to wait over a month while Jack Frost paid for the vehicle and the title was turned over.

After detailing the car and paying for the alignment to be fixed, it was determined that the tire did have a leak in it and could not be plugged- it would need to be replaced. We immediately contacted Jack Frost Auto and continue to do so today. At first, we were treated rudely as they tried to avoid holding up their end of the agreement by honoring the written guarantee.

Now, Jack Frost Auto has stopped answering the phone all together, allowing it to ring continuously. They have not responded to emails either. I have kept up my end of the agreement and am out over $300 in repair costs in the 1 month since owning the car. Per the BBB, Jack Frost Auto has not responded to the last formal complaints made against them either. This is clearly the way they do business.

PLEASE BEWARE OF JACK FROST AUTOS, JACK FROST JEEPS, CARLAND CONCEPTS, & JFMC, INC. Please learn from my experience and that of all the others who have complained by taking your business elsewhere. They are deceitful and engage in dishonest and immoral business practices. It is not worth the headaches this disreputable car dealership will give you. Do not purchase a vehicle of any kind from Jack Frost, Jack Frost Autos, or Bill Graham! You will definitely regret it!!!!!!!!!!
