Jack H. Avedikian is a snake.  Jack tried to purchase a property in San Diego in 2007-2008 to build a condo complex and was the price with the owners of the property with money he had investors give him.  He told this investor that he was the only investor in on this project and later to find out he had taken money from his neighbor in New York for this project and moved out of the building without paying her back.  He never closed on the San Diego, CA project and never returned neither investors monies which was over 1 Million dollars total.  He lied to the investors and said he owned a vineyard in Napa Valley (Not True), Owned a home in New York (Not true - he rented an apartment and was often late for rent.)

In 2007-2008 Jack hired a real estate agent in Simi Valley, CA to show him homes in the Sherwood Estates located in Westlake Village, California.  A portion of the down payment for his new 3.2 Million Dollar home that was required to get the home into Escrow were used from the funds from the Investor on the San Diego Project that he had no intension of closing.  It was brought to the real estates attention of Mr. Avedikian's lies and the source of his money for the home.  However the real estate agent admitted to booking a cruise and buying a new car with hopes to close on the home soon and no longer cared where he was getting the money from for the home.  As it turned out he never closed on the house.

During all of Jack's fruadulant activities he had been living in New York at the time and back and forth to San Diego to lie, cheat, and scam investors, loan officers into giving him money with no intension of paying back or truly no real intensions on building anything.

Jack Avedikian never finshished High School, has never comleted any construction projects to date.  He is currently living with his wife Lori and 2 kids, in a rented condominuim in Westlake Village, California on Tanner Ridge Avenue.  His wife is the renter since Jack credit is filled with bankrupticies and poor credit.

Lori Avedikian has been told of her husbands fraudulent practices. However she has no remorse for the victims of her husbands fraudulent actions.  She has been lied to  and is not aware that Jack had a female assistant he hired while doing his so called business transactions here in California. 

His assistant finally became suspicious of him after hearing inconsistancies in his business conversations and had her pay checks bounce after telling her he was rich.  His assistant found out from the San Diego investor that Jack had borrowed additional funds in the sum of several thousand dollars on top of his investment money he had given to jack.  Jack's assistant confronted Jack and was immediately fired.  She began digging and realized she had been lied to along with the investors in this so called projects.  She warned the Architects, Contractors, Real Estate Agents, property owners and the Sherwood officials of Mr. Avedikian actions.  She also warned another property owner in San Marcos of Mr. Avedikain since he had several meeting with this property owner to sign over the property to Mr. Avedikian in exchange for a return once he built the homes and sold them. 

Presently both investors are pursing legal action to see Jack behind bars where he belongs.  Last I heard he was recently served with papers at his Westlake condo for legal action from his previous neighbor in New York.  The San Diego investor is seeking justice as well and I hope he gets it soon. 

This is a man that should be put behind bars for the amount of money he stole for innocent people.  If you goggle his name you will find much more dirt on this guy.

It is very scary to think his wife Lori Ross Avedikian is currently working at a Financial Institution in Los Angeles, California. despite the background criminal activities her husband Jack is involved in.

I took the time to write this because he has lied to me and many others.  I am still trying to dig my way back on my feet after meeting him.  He has no remorse and never looks back on his victims he ruins financially by taking their money and trust.
