Jack In THe Box Charlie McCall Why They Let Him Go, And When Are You Guys Bring Him Back Shelby, North Carolina

I have been coming to this jack in the box restaurant in Shelby, NC for quite a long time, at first I was going to stop, but then i met this one employee name Daryl. Now this guy is so funny, he could make a bad day turn around to the best day ever. I was so proud to had seen he got promoted, Daryl was always smiling, talk to the customers he even remember what I want without me asking, now to me that's a person who cares.

I would see Daryl working every shift, morning, lunch and later over night, never did he complain, and always made time to say hello and ask about my family, til one day I came in and I thought he had the day off, only to find out that he was fired because of someone making a complaint about him.

What could he have done that could have been so serious that no one would back him up, later to find out that a customer complained that he was rude to them...are you serious, come on people we all know that when customers come in to buy food, they are already in a rush to go no where, this person had to be prejudice against blacks, and trust and believe I know quite a few on my own job. So now Daryl is gone, and I ask when is you guys at Jack going to bring him back, after speaking with the area coach Mr. Charlie McCall, It was plain to see that this man did not like Daryl either, so all I can say is....Jack in The Box does not take care of it's people. In my opinion Daryl should be back on the job and Mr. McCall should be be the one to do the right thing, it was told to me that Daryl had recently lost his 11 yr old son back in 2011, and wasn't able to take time off to even mourn his lost, Jack In The Box Should Be ashamed of themselves and I am ashamed to have continued patronized this restaurant, so in respect to someone in my opinion was a outstanding employee, I no longer go to Jack, now eat at Wendy's. Bring Daryl Back Corporate, or myself along with many others can assume that Jack In The Box truly doesn't care for their employees and it's customer satisfaction.
