They don't payout. They owe me over $1000 and refuse to pay. I called the support number from the website and they say contact your agent because they can't do anything they are just an answering service. The guy that answered the phone was a complete moron and I could instantly tell I was dealing with a BS company. DON'T EVER EVER EVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAMMERS!

This user is a customer of a pay per head agent using the mentioned site.
Pay per head service providers do not book action or hold end user money at all, they provide a simple fixed price servce to agents for call center access. This user has a non-payment dispute with their particular agent (who is not affilitaed with our brand or site, is merely a paying customer of our site). Unfortunately we have no way to get involved in those kinds of issues. The player never sent us money, and we take no part in player action win or lose. This is how all pph shops work.
We've attempted to contact the agent and will close any agency accounts that get more than one complaint, but that is the extent of any pph shop's ability to deal with agent/player issues.
