Jack LaLanne Power Juicer Sold me a lemon which broke after using it 7 times. Never Received a new replacement as promissed and paying them $65. Wallingford Connecticut

So I bought a Jack LaLanne Juicer Elite for $200. After 7 times of use it broke. I returned the unit paying $35 for shipping and $30 for the replacement warranty. My order has been pending for several months with no one telling me when I'll receive it. Every time I called they said it's pending. I recently checked my status and now it is cancelled. This is the worst company ever.
