Jackie Lumpkin With Coldwell Banker Very bad realtor ripoff Blue RIdge Georgia

In may of 2006 I purchased a cabin in Blue Ridge mountains. And this is where I met a realtor who showed me that all the horror stories about bad realtors are true.

The worst part of it, the realtor is my neightbor. And I trusted her with all my heart.

The day I went to the closing she called me begged not to do final walk through. I explained to her that I wanted to do it because I already had very bad experience with it. She told me "I swear to you, the place is cleaned and sparkling, I've seen it myself". My husband told me, she is our neightbor, she won't lie to us. So I went to closing and purchased the property.

When I went back to the cabin, I found that place was so filthy that they never had anyone cleaned it. I hired cleaning company and paid 220 to clean the filthy house. The grass wasn't cut for few months as well. I called immmediately to Jackie (the agent for seller and my neighbor) who NEVER returned my calls. So I hired the company who cut the grass. It was another 400.

I called her broker. Broker basically told me that it is too late and sale is done and that next time I don't trust any realtor even if she is my neighbor. I still hold this against Jackie, she ripped me off for $620.
