Purchased a "gas saver" chip and received a empty box with 2 wires sticking out this person has 5 companies in the past 5 years each in a different city in Florida i have alerted the postmaster for mail fraud as well as filed a police report pending charges as well as notifying the BBB & many other fraud sites...
