So Dana H Saad has finally opened up her new company has she has been planning to do so since January of this year (2014) She used to run The Nars Group and then began partner ship with Lynn Rayford in the same location but under JPM DRIVE INC. Dana did this because The Nars Group has really bad reviews about working there. Dana H Saad has opened up another company doing the same thing. With the help of Regina Bourcier, Dana has now moved to the city where she has been dying to build a company in that being Troy Michigan because there are no black people. But anyways they say they have been open since 2003 but they havent. They just opened this past month of June. If you even compare their job listings the way JPM Drive did and the way THE NARS GROUP did it is all the same. They don't do door to door sales as they state but they are looking for mainly young people who just graduated from college so they can go business to business. At Least thats how The nars group worked and how JPM drive worked. Last I worked with her I knew she wanted to open a company which dealed with direct energy. Not sure what Jacob James INC. produces but it is not a good call!!!!

... yeah right! I was working on that team for almost a year. So many people kept quitting which meant the account leaders that were there werent going to open anything up because they didnt have a team.


Upon a recruiter calling you because you submitted your resume please be alarmed that sometimes if they did not have enough people submitting their resumes to their job ads they go on careerbuilder and monster as well as indeed and pull resumes and they will call you and state that you appllied to them. For some who actually waste their time and go to these interviews you will find a room filled of people. It's Crazy. The person giving you the intrerview rather it being the recruiter or Dana H Saad herself may tell you not everyone gets the job. Only a certain hand do. But be alarmed for second rounds they all will be called back. A Second round interview is an all day thing. You job shadow the job with an account leader. You pay for your own lunch and you go business to business trying to sell things. 



Because Dana Has A new comapny i am not sure what her team is selling now. You don't get insurance or paid holidays. Anything she runs is a Scam. Do some research on THE NARS GROUP as well as JPM DRIVE. You will see her in majority if not all the pics. She will probably have them taken down after this posts.

I have no information regarding the allegations of racism, so I will not comment on that matter.

In regards to the alleged transparency of this organization however, I have to speak up. Just because some sort of confidentiality agreement has been signed or will be signed with other companies that Jacob James ends up doing business with DOES NOT mean that they couldn't be more specific in describing the nature of the work in their numerous job postings.

The truth is, this is just another one of many independent contractor type positions where you're not actually an employee of the company in question and there are no medical benefits, just monetary incentives for pushing products, recruiting people, or both.

Your job descriptions are INTENTIONALLY vague because this type of setup involves massive turnover in workforce and requires new recruits constantly coming in the door. If you were honest in your job descriptions, then you wouldn't get anywhere near the amount of people coming in for interviews. The interview is key because if you can at least get people desperately needing jobs in your doors and listening to your rhetoric, then it's far more likely that they'll at least give it a try for a week or so.

There have been TONS of these types of setups popping up in the last decade or so, and yours shows all the classic signs - flooding Monster and CareerBuilder with vague ads about "account manager" and "marketing" positions with no real description of the day to day work, unsolicited emails and calls from recruiters claiming that I applied and wanting to set up an interview, a preliminary interview where you have to "make the cut" (almost everybody does) followed up by a day-long job shadowing of some supposed company super star...classic MLM type setup.

The reason I'm here on Ripoff Report responding to this is because I recently updated my Career Builder profile and not even 12 hours later I'm getting emails from you guys claiming that "my application and resume" has been received followed by a phone call from a recruiter saying the same thing. I told her that I didn't apply for Jacob James and she insisted that I must have because they don't pull random resumes or contact potential matches, but rather only people that applied specifically. I once again told her that I have never applied to Jacob James and then she got a bit nasty and said "Well, I guess I'll just reject your resume then. Good luck to you.". I told her "That sounds great! Thanks" and hung up.

Like I said, this is classic MLM bullshit and it will fall apart in a few years or get renamed to avoid bad press. You can argue with me all you want, but I've been to these types of interviews and I've known enough people that have gotten involved in crap like this to recognize that particular brand of bullshit as soon as I smell it.

In response to this report about Jacob James, The Company and their management team have always been up front and extremely transparent as far as what the company does as well as what their open positions entail. The reason it may look vague to a point is because the clients have confidentiality agreements in place, so we cannot disclose any information about them in job postings, social media, or the company website. HOWEVER, they have always been crystal clear as far as what job duties are included in the positions that they are looking to fill. As far as moving the company to Troy, MI which is a suburb of Detroit, The reason is because of location. Troy is within roughly 30 minutes from the most populated cities in Metro Detroit. Therefore it is most likely a suitable commute from virtually anywhere in the City of Detroit and the surrounding suburbs.

As Far as the Team Lead position is concerned, they are very clear on the fact that it is an outside sales position. They reiterate that point not just in their job posting, but on the phone as well as in interviews. For those invited back for a 2nd interview, they even have candidates perform a job shadow with a seasoned team lead so that they can see what a typical day is like at our company. This allows both parties to see if it is a good fit. Not just for the company, but also for the candidate as well. As far as compensation, it is not a stictly commission only position as the company also offers a Base salary+ commission option as well.

The point is, the team lead position at Jacob James, as well as the career path at the company is PERFORMANCE BASED. This means that advancement and income is strictly based on how the person performs, not based on seniority, nepotism, or politics.

As far as mentioning that the CEO of the company is a racist, I find that hard to believe since her business partner whom she promoted to managing partner, is African American, I myself, an employee of the company and managing director of HR, is also African American. Even the CEO herself is a minority.
