 We ordered plants from Jacob on March 8th, the shipping label was created and was suppose to be shipped that following Monday or Tuesday, after not receiving them, we contacted him and he gave us a story of him having tonsillitis, yet he had been posting on Facebook and Instagram. He promised he would ship them out the following Monday, which was the 20th of March, shipping label was printed yet, they weren't shipped, once questioned again, he said he made a mistake and he would ship them out the next day, by this time we could not wait any longer, it had already been 12 days since the order was placed so we told him we would be returning to sender, he said if that was his punishment then so be it...then block me on Facebook. Once the plants came in our mailbox, I took them straight to the post office and returned them to sender, he refuses to refund the money, he refuses to answer emails....he is and huge thief, it's not the point of the money, it's the principal of the matter...he got the plants back and still kept the money....RIP OFF!!

Honest Christian Person? Really?

I think you lost everyone’s trust and your own believability with your "Honest Christian Person" statement. No one should have to use religion in order for people to believe them. I know you're loving this drama because you obviously have nothing better to do with your life. However, next time come up with something that hasn't been used by every liar in the book.

Now then :) Lets get to your rebuttal. You say that the FaceBook conversation proves that I did not ship out the package when I told you I did. You're searching for things to prove your claim, yet the case you make is something you don't quite understand. Just because a package is dropped off at the post office does not mean it is going out that day. If the package is dropped off after 5pm, the package will go out the next day. As your package was. I know you're not a compassionate person. But I had to package all the delayed orders myself, because ya know, I'm the only person that works at my business, something you continue to deny and I managed to get all my packages done at 5:30pm that day. So your case about me lying that your package went out when I said it did, is completely not true and you should of checked your sources before making that claim.

Now lets go back to the honest Christian person claim. What’s with the hostility? " I will continue to fight this...and as far as fans??? You aren't a movie star or a singer, you are a person who grows plants in an aquarium and makes youtube videos" how does that come out of honest Christian persons mouth? Shocking. I think you're the one that needs to be prayed for and if I were you I'd speak to my pastor about how God can forgive you for such a mean and unnecessary thing you have said and done. In regards to when we got the plants back, if you refer to your own evidence. You will see the plants spent 15 days in transit. That’s more then two weeks. So excuse my inaccuracy, it was not three weeks it was actually two weeks, one day. I'd love to see what you have to say about how well aquatic plants can survive spending that long in shipping. I know I keep referring to this "Honest Christian person" statement. But did you forget that you could of just accepted the shipment, put the plants in your tank, let them grow and be happy? Have compassion for someone else’s dreadful situation? Honest Christian people don't do that. Did you forget that you lied about sending us back healthy plants that we could then restock giving us the ability to give you a refund? Honest Christian people don't do that. Did you forget that you lied about us taking your money? When in fact you lied to your bank that you never received anything from us in order to get a refund which you have and continue to deny yet on our end we still have no payment from you and your dispute is still under review with your bank as we proved with the screen capture of our payment processing account? Honest Christian people don't do that.

I don't know what joy you're getting from all this. But its disgusting to know another human being is taking pleasure in harassing me. But you go ahead and continue to fight this and so will I. I'll stand up for myself. I don't let people bully me, I don't back into a corner and watch someone trash the business I built with my bare hands, on my own dime, from absolutely nothing. I've worked harder then probably ever have in you're entire life. I don't know who raised you, but one things for sure, they didn't raise you with values. You have none, you're a mean, hateful, disgusting person.

I think you just told on yourself...you told me in the Facebook conversation at 14:42 your time that you had already shipped the plants, yet I will post a picture below that shows, you DID NOT indeed ship them out until 18:35, after I had already told you I would be returning them back to you! Therefore you already knew I was going to be shipping them back, which could have saved us both all of this trouble. I will continue to fight this...and as far as fans??? You aren't a movie star or a singer, you are a person who grows plants in an aquarium and makes youtube videos...I am an honest Christian person, who knows what right from wrong is and obviously that is something you were never taught...I willl pray for you! BTW...it wasn't 3 weeks for you to get them back...you got them back on April 3rd....look below :)...you are the one caught in lies!

This Customer is Denial of Their Own Wrong Doings

Customer starts off rebuttal with "I told him we would be shipping them back the he shipped them supposedly" That’s exactly what I had mentioned in my first rebuttal. We were notified by the customer the day the package was shipped that they would be refusing the package, giving us no option of getting it back to avoid the package being returned to us with perished plants due to the time the plants will spend in transit. The customer continues to deny I am the sole person that runs this business, their one piece of evidence is an email that ends in "Thank you. Jacobs Aquarium" I am the owner of the business, if I chose to end my email conversations with "Thank you. Jacobs Aquarium" how does that in any way imply

that I am running a business with multiple employees? I asked in the email if the customer "Got the email from Jacob" because the email did come from me and my name is Jacob. It was a message directly from me, to my customers explaining why their was a delay in shipping. I use we, in my emails as an expression. Not a way of saying I have employees. I encourage everyone to investigate if I have employees. Ask the many people that have visited my nursery if they have ever once seen anyone else there besides myself. The customer is searching for reasons to justify their malicious actions. The customer is a compulsive liar saying "The dispute was denied by the bank because he told them

that he did not receive them back" so now the customer knows about our communication with his or her bank? Question, how and what proof do they have we had any communication with their bank? We don't even know or have access to finding out who their bank is to even talk to them. Also, a dispute can only be resolved on our end through our payment processor. The company "Stripe" it is disgusting how much of a liar this customer really is. We still have no information about the dispute and the funds have still not been returned to our account. The dispute still says "Under Review" on our end. Another lie the customer has told is why they filed the dispute in the first place. As you can see from the screen

capture of our account. The dispute was filed due to "Product not received" when in fact the customer did receive the product. Yet purposely refused the package. The customer continues to claim that we received payment and product back. Yet keeps forgetting the plants took two weeks to be returned to us due to them refusing the package. The plants arrived completely perished. DEAD. We did not receive healthy product back that we could restock giving us the ability to give the customer a refund. The customer believes they are doing good work by spreading the word about how much of a "Thief" I am. Yet we have continued to operate as normal ever since, shipping upwards of 100 to 150 packages a week without

incident. What I hope those that read this report learn, is this is the internet, anyone can say anything they want. Does not mean its true. We are required as a business to tell the truth and be honest and we have. This customer has nothing to loose when saying negative things about us. We know this will have no impact on our business because we have thousands and thousands of fans that have supported me throughout the years I have been in business and know we are in fact a reputable vendor they can trust. The proof is the many satisified customers that send us 100% positive reviews on a daily basis. To date we have shipped almost 4,000 orders without incident. Again, this customer is being completely

malicious. They are trying to purposely damage our reputation but they will not succeed.

Again...LIES!!!!

Sad to say once again...all LIES!!! I have complete conversations of the Facebook conversation where I told him I would be shipping them back the day he shipped them supposely, which was the day after he had promised to ship them out. He supposely is running the company himself yet, we got an email from someone at his company asking if we got his email...hmm? (post a pic of that too) Thought he was the only one who ran the company and couldn't do anything when he is sick? Also the dispute was denied by the bank because he told them that he did not receive them back...therefore I will be posting a picture of this too! He got the plants back and the money back!!! This guy is a pure thief, and his lies have finally caught up to him...it is customer service to send out like you promise, not days later when reminded. Sad...very sad...but hopefully others will learn from our mistakes not to do business with you!!!

False Information

 Customers order was shipped late. That is correct. However, 55 other orders from other customers were shipped late as well. This business is run solely by the owner. If the owner is ill, as I was, the business unfortunately cannot operate. All customers with outstanding orders were notified of the delayed shipping of their order. All customers understood and were compasionate given the circumstances and recieved their order without issue two weeks later from their original order date. However this customer, the only one, chose to refuse their package from the post office and send it back to us. Being that they ordered live aquatic plants that can only stay alive for up to three days in thier packaging. The plants arrived completely perished when we received them two weeks later. We did not in fact receive healthy product back that we could restock granting us the ability to give the customer a full refund. We would of avoided shipping to this customer if we knew this would be the outcome. However, this customer notified us they would be refusing the package after it had already been shipped by us. Giving us no option of getting it back. The most defining false information given by the customer in this report is the fact they were not granted a full refund. When in fact they were. By their bank. The customer filed a charge back claim with thier bank which removed funds from our account without notice and returned to the customer for the full amount of their order. Including shipping which is non refundable by the post office. At this point we have no option of giving the customer a refund due to the fact their bank has already done so by their request. Sad to say. But this customer has provided completely false information regarding this issue and seems to be doing so in an attempt to be malicious towards my business. Its the internet. People can say what ever they'd like. Does not mean it is true.
