This company has ruined multiple peoples/employee. Current lifestyles by getting rid of a lot of hard working individuals for no legit reason at all. Altthugh they will tell u its becashe there is no work! I laugh in there face at that comment because they have been saying were about to blow up with work yea right ! Jacobs bought a telecommunication company "compass technology services" and the owner JC AND JEFF EGGERS " made there Money filled there pockets & so now that there closing the doors on everyone only a year in a half later. they could care less about the employees who actually care & need there job who life paycheck to paycheck. This company really screwed a lot of people who never should have lost there jobs! They gave no one a notice about what was going to happen what so ever. And there are employees there now that probably shouldn't be there at all. Or never should have been there. They just walk in hand us our papers and close the doors on us on our way out the door.  HOW DO YOU BUY A COMPANY (COMPASS TECHNOLOGY SERVICES) AND THEN LET MORE THAN 30+ PEOPLE GO A YR IN A HALF LATER. they would have been better off not buying any telecommunication company if this was going to happen. Especially when you have a complete idiot who is bidding jobs higher than wireless companies are willing to pay especially when they have numerous other telecommunication companies who are willing to do it for cheaper . That's why every other telecom ccompany is swamped with work and Jacobs cant get a job that's why we lost 16 million last year and 3.6 million already this year and its only Feb 2015 . Just a horrible company to work for and very fake! So I don't reccomend this company to anyone don't waste your time because you will get shut downs.
