I read another Ripoff Report on here describing my exact experience to a "T," so I thought I would post my own report to cooberate the information. My dealings with Jacon were very similar, except rather than looking to invest money in a company, he contracted to purchase a listing of mine (which was listed above $15 million), and said that the good faith money was being transeferred from his trust's bank in Liechtenstein. Several calls were made to see where the money was, but the funds never came. After weeks of follow-up and endless excuses, he eventually went away. During the initial period of time that Jacon was looking at the property, and the early days of the contract period, I also met his boyfriend George and experienced many of the same situations as the other person who filed a report, including Jacon wanting to go out to expensive dinners and somehow walking away from the bill after running up hundreds of dollars worth of drinks. 

He says that he is very close to the royal family of England, that he has a huge mansion in Scottland (and apparently in Malibu), and is a real estate investor here in the U.S., working with a partner. I've seen him go into expensive clothing stores, try on everything in the store, have them put tens of thousands of dollars worth of items to the side for him to pick up the following day...and then do nothing. No call to the store. Nothing. It's all for show to make other people think that he has money.
