This company is selling a service via the internet that falls withing fraud by using misleading information which takes advantage of families who truly need to be in touch with incarcerated inmates. Their advertisement is miggled in with true providers for telephone services serving jails and prisons. This type of fraud falls as an advance fee...The company does not respond to tel calls.

"Advance fee fraud is when fraudsters target victims to make advance or upfront payments for goods, services and/or financial gains that do not materialise." 

I want a refund for my payment and recomend to others not to use this company. Furthermore I suggest to all states to investigate this company.
