Jailcallsusa Jailcallsusa took money off your card for same day processing without my knowledge, I was checking up on my status and I saw they took money off my card without my knowledge. I started emailing them all I got back were several tickets saying open and I finally got a response. When I jgot a response I was told since I was rude they were forwarding my info to all the jails to be banned from calls from any jail and be placed on a blacklist. I tried to respond... my email address was blocked. I had to call my bank and get my card temporarily suspended. Internet

My loved one called me from jail and gave me the number to jailcallsusa in good faith thinking it would help save on the phone bill.The number is 1-888-776-2012. I called the number and it gave me the website www.jailcallsusa.com. So I checked it out, it seemed pretty good of a deal so I filled out the form to see what was going on with it. Days later I get an email saying I needed to pay for my order, so I did. So I emailed them to ask wheres is my number it created a ticket. I waited some days again and created another ticket and asked them again where is my number. So I started wondering so I researched their site and it said they call you within 24hrs to give you a local number to give your loved one. So im checking my transaction history I noticed Jailcallsusa have another charge on my card I didnt authorize.

So I emailed again to ask them why they charged my card without my knowledge. So no response and still no number so I called my bank to get my card suspended since they were taking money off without my knowledge that, I felt like they would do it again. So my bank called to disputre with them, their transactions were called Ebrands and the teller said all she got was a recording saying to contact them via email tech support.  So I emailed again myself and I finally got a response  hrs. later stating that since I was rude they were forwarding my info to all jails to be banned from any jail calls service and were being put on a blacklist. I tried to email to see why the decision.... my email address was blocked and I couldnt contact them.
