Jaime Moore Crown Jewel Salon & Spa Crown Jewel Salon and Spa Manager destroyed my hair Ada, Michigan

I was formally a client of Crystal at the Crown Jewel. I moved to the area from the Detroit suburbs and wanted some thing that stood apart from mall salons. For over two years I was very happy. I was ready for a hair cut and color when I was notified that my stylist was moving to California. I was told she was being replaced by Jaime Moore, who had years of experience and was a color expert. I was hesitant but I gave it a chance. When I went into Crown Jewel and met this Jaime I was shocked. She was dressed like my ten year old and her hair was a shade of purple; it had the texture of straw. I immediately became worried. I explained to Jaime what I wanted, a natural look with a few highlights. She had another girl assisting her. Neither of them made much conversation with me. The assistant did most of the work while Jaime the supposed salon manager text messaged the entire time. I come to relax at the Crown Jewel and be waited on and that did not happen. This is supposed to be a five star salon. Finally I was ready to be cut and dried. My hair was the most unnatural shade of brown I have ever seen. When I objected Jaime said she customized it based on my skin tone and face shape. It was not what I asked for. Before I could ask her for a redo appointment she was cutting away. I wanted a shoulder length cut with light layers. I got a mullet!!!! I asked to speak to her manager. Jaime said she was the manager and I needed to give the new look time. I paid and later called back leaving a message for the owner. I never got a return call. $500 later in corrective color and chopping off almost all my hair to regrow it, I look semi-normal. Today I was home with my daughter who was sick from school as I flipped through the channels there she was Jaime Moore manager of crown jewel. She was on a local talk show called eight west advising women on how to style their hair for a wedding. I was appalled. How could they allow this women and this salon to be on television giving advice! Jaime Moore destroyed my hair; she was unprofessional, and never bothered to correct the error. I had to report this, how many other women would have to go through what I did. I knew they would believe her story on the show and go in to spend their hard earned money only to be disappointed. Dont waste your time and money at the crown jewel salonand dont book an appointment with Jaime Moore.
