===========================================

Without notice I found my Yahoo Phone account disconnected, I received no email or warning that this was going to happen. I am very irritated about this since thats the number I use for business.

Jajah kept giving me the Yahoo number when on their own websites it clearly states that Jajah administers the service. Finally after going around and around with the same scripted answers they admitted they were committing fraud and that they were having monumental problems with their migration. But would offer no solutions, except to give the customer service number to yahoo, even though I had called them before and Yahoo said that Jajah handles all the phone service now.

Fraud and deception I feel is the theme for this company, without regard to their customers, they just offer substandard customer service and should be fired by Yahoo.

After almost 2 and a half hours of being on their live chat, they finally just hung up on me. When I called their customer service number, same thing, they just hang up on you or ask you to call Yahoo.

I had to finally buy my number back to get it restored. Although they could not figure out why my service was disconnected, they had my number up for sale.

They are the worst thing that Yahoo could have done.

Jajah Got me too! Total scam and no support from Yahoo!

AUTHOR: The7thpwr - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 22, 2009

Signed up for phone in and phone out, offered by Yahoo via their instant messenger and paid for both services. Little did I know that if you have a problem with the service, Yahoo washes their hands of it and will only forward your emails to Jajah. It's anybodies guess where they end up. My service never did work. But amazingly enough, the money I paid went through with no problems. Jajah closed my account and cleared my funds after my first complaint to them. Yahoo says they have no control over Jajah, and any further correspondence needs to be sent to Jajah. Guess I'll just write this off as a lesson learned. When you deal with a second rate free service such as Yahoo, you really do get what you pay for. Nothing!
