Jamal Salter - The Salter Organization Scam Artist/Crook Mt Vernon New York

I was referred to Jamal Salter of The Salter Organization by a lead reference company back in March. The Salter Organization is located in the New York area. I agreed to do a test of lead services with Jamal Salter because he was referred and sounded convincing to deliver what was promised. I sent an advance payment of $1,500.00 to Jamal Salter to get things started. One month later, there were no services delivered. I was given a different lie and excuse everyday from Jamal Salter. Even though he is a one person company, he tried to put the blame on so called other employees in his company. Almost everytime he called me a different phone number would show up on caller ID.
In April, he finally admitted he could not deliver for services paid for in advance, and he would send me a refund. Two weeks later (even though he verified our business address) the refund check was never received. Jamal Salter tried to blame it on his accounting department, more lies. Then Mr. Salter agreed to deposit the refund into my business bank account. Of course he came up with more lies and excuses like he had to go to court, out of the office, etc. I decided to contact the company that referred Jamal Salter and The Salter Organization. He told me that all of the clients he referred to Jamal Salter were having the same experience and were not refunded their money. Jamal Salter and The Salter Organization are CROOKS and SCAM ARTIST!!!! Stay away from this company. Do not let this happen to you. And they do not report or show up reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Beware!
