I called Mr. Sparky for a service call, cause I was told by someone else wish name I am not going to use, that she got ripped off by this company, so I called them to see if it was true, so I spoke o a secretary named, Michelle ( this is the real name of the co- owner ) so I asked this lady how much it would be for some one to come to my home cause I had my refrigerator not working, that it did not have any power, so she said $ 49 so I said cool send someone, she sent this white fellow, ( I am white also ) so please no racial stuff,

anyway, she sent the whitest white boy I have ever met, trying to talk black, WOW, I said are you serious?? anyway the guy said I have to troubleshoot the problem so I said OK, go ahead, but before all this he came in with a story about I will give you a free inspection, so I said OK go for it!! ( mind you I had an Electrician come by my home earlier and check my home before this guy stopped by, but  I will tell you this, I am an Electrical Engineer and a master Electrician, but anyway, he says to me, well I am going to recommend changing the Electrical panel and a bunch of other stuff that didn't make any sense to me,

my panel is brand new Siemens with a Copper Bar, but he said that it was old and needed to be replaced, all in all he told me that everything was going to cost me 4,600 for a refrigerator that I took a wire loose in the box inside, he did charged me $ 297 for troubleshooting, the box, although he saw it out when he first did the inspection, but he wanted to make it look like he did something, my friend was right, they are scam artists, I do not know if the whole company it is like this guy, but they could be, I met the owner in another call, wow what a BIG JERK!!! the worst, I would not recommend this scam artists.....good luck with a real Electrician.
